Mr. Knightsbridge
Reviews

Might be my favorite of the series for how well they resolved things and how they talked things through? The communication between the two characters was nice. The spice was *chefs kiss*. Overall a really fun, spicy, romance!

Fun story. A little repetitive with "trailer park". Love no miscommunication

Hollie Lumen is living her dream interning at a well-known jewelry shop in London, escaping her life in a trailer park in Oregon for three months to chase the career she longs for. She runs into the dashing Dexter Daniels, CEO of the infamous Daniels & Co jewelry house, at an event to design the bridal jewelry for the princess of Finland. Hollie is a quirky sweet character who has been burdened with taking care of her irresponsible parents. Dexter is a determined man who still carries grief from the loss of his parent 15 years ago. Together they muddle their way through what it means to be in a sustaining and supportive relationship. I loved how Bay shapes Hollie and Dexter's time together. A boss-employee dynamic is set up pretty quick but doesn't take over the plot of the story. Instead, we follow Hollie and Dexter as they learn from each other to let go of inadequacies and to forgive. Bay gives us a story that shows the resulting possibilities of two people who clearly see each other. Which is why the bedroom scenes are niiiiiice and steamy. Mr.Knightsbridge features purely good characters, silly conversations, heartwarming conclusions, an odd fixation on Princess Leia's bikini costume. Plus, you can learn about the work it takes to design high-end jewelry! Blog Post: https://rileyreadsthings.com/2020/07/...
