After reading few chapters, i was wondering the reason of writing this book. She has tried her best to be funny but she has not succeeded except few really good punches. There were situations where i could relate to her. Situations like following rituals for the happiness of your loved ones though it really does not make any sense to you but If you are an avid reader then i would request you to avoid reading it.

I've read a few comments from other readers/reviewers, and I just don't understand what they expected - Twinkle Khanna even said that this book is a sort of compilation of her writings; where you all expecting a new Harry Potter series?

A hilarious and entertaining book , that will boost your immunity for you will be full on entertainment while reading this piece. So many things about Indian families, the same niche we all share. This book is full of sarcasm with optimism. Her humorous and witty comments give this book a sarcastic touch. The writing is trifle but has a unique blend. The book has 26 chapters. Describing her life, it's like a dairy log, with time and date, almost like her weekly blogs in Times Of India. I would recommend you read her blog first only then buy her book, it's very sarcastic and full of dark humour, and not everyone get that. On the surface the jokes will tickle you but they have the ability to jab you hard. It's a quick read, I finished it in three hours only. So also great if you're going through a reading block.
