Reading few chapters you'll find same thing explained with different example and different way. So no new thing to read if you understood in first chapter.

I read this just because I had to read it for my therapy session and I expected it to be another boring self book but it was actually quite fast paced and enjoyable. Some parts were really easy to find myself in, like it was what I was looking for.
