This book is such a happy book. I loved everything about it. The atmosphere, the island itself, the characters. It makes me dream of a cozy, slower, island life. The fact that it’s located in Norway, is super cool since I basically live next door and it’s easy for me to imagine the island in my mind. 
I also love the international setting in the book. I like the international relationships and I love Ninni and Jack as characters. 
This book is very much focused on characters and relationships but I still love the development of said relationships and it was super interesting to follow along and I loved every word of it.
