Requiem of the Soul A Sovereign Sons Novel

I loved the characters, is the story unique? No. I have read a thousand others like it - but I did enjoy and will be reading the next. The cliffhanger had me 🏃🏼‍♂️

2 Stars I don't have too many moments where I feel like I've read a different book than everyone else, but with this one I really do. What is there to like about this book?! I did not enjoy this or more importantly feel anything for the couple. Not only does this feel like a miss mash of so many different dark romances/ mafia I legitimately do not understand the point of this story. This book ends on a pretty big cliffhanger and leaves no questions answered so you almost feel compelled to continue on. However, seeing as I can't think of too many redeeming qualities and feel very little towards any characters I can't see that happening. Too bad because I did read another dark romance series written by these authors that I actually liked and I was hoping maybe I would feel that with this one, but I really didn't.
