I read this today during the hurricane (so much rain!).

It is an interesting story about a great album. The best parts were Robert Schneider from the Apples in Stereo talking about the techniques they used to actually record the album. So much fuzz.

But the book is weird because Cooper never quotes Mangum directly, and that leaves a big hole in the middle of everything.

It's exciting that there might be another NMH album, since Mangum is touring again.
