I read this for school, and i didn‘t really like it, Kathy tends to jump in time, which makes it really hard to follow her through her story. Her time at Hailsham is described extremely long and nothing really happens, i had to force myself through reading the first two parts. Also her Relationship to Tommy and Ruth really upset me, just as i thought it would get more interesting in part three, i got disappointed again, the big Climax is just as boring as the other chapters, even if i shedded some tears for Tommy, the book did not catch me at all.
