This book is doing well in introducing the cause and effect law which encourage people to be a better version by carefully thinking before acting. Besides, some philosophies about meditation, karma are also mentioned. These things can fit well with those who already have a basic understanding of reincarnation, but they can "overdose" on others, and really hard for them to accept the hypothesis from the author.
However, critical thinking is necessary when "receiving" assumptions from "historical fiction stories" from the author as they are not clearly proved.
