Ricordati di guardare la luna

well, the story behind is amazing. I liked a lot the relationship that developed between John and his father, but I didn’t like the rest of it. Since i’m demiromantic, I cannot understand how it is possible to love someone… after 2 days knowing each other?

I also didn’t like that John was always thinking about wanting to be alone with savannah. I mean, as an asexual girl I can only imagine how important sex is for allo people, but I don’t really understand why simple things always have to be sexualized. For example, he was teaching her how to surf and the only thing he could think of was how sexy she was in bikini. Is this how allo people think? Is this the ONLY thing they think of when they are with someone? I just can’t get it.

So i couldn’t really appreciate the story.
