It’s a profound feeling when you discover something new about your taste in something Lately I’ve been feeling the urge of reading for Nicholas sparks I have watched all his movies and i gotta admit they are amazingly done ✅ It gave me a whole new prospective reading the book after watching the movie ( I usually refuse to watch a movie before reading it’s book if the idea interests me but with Nicholas sparks at a certain point of my life i felt like his books are not my style so I chose to enjoy the great movies ) So far i have read “the last song” and “ the lucky one” Both books have been portrayed so nicely in the movies, I certainly don’t regret the movies and I don’t cringe on missed details Right now , at this moment of my life , I think that Nicholas sparks ( whether you read the books or watch the movies ) is forever So really chapeau to the great talent that Nicholas has , that results in such gems 💎 Nicholas sparks has given us books and movies that age like wine 🍷 The longer they survive in our hearts and our minds and most importantly in our souls they just increase in value 💕💕💕💕

I absolutely loved this book. It’s full of love, adventure, heartache, & hard work. Soooo much better than the movie. The movie left out some very important information & the ending was different. I’m not going to lie I wanted to cry at the end, but I also LOVED the end. Highly recommend.

This was my very first Nicholas Sparks novel & my expectations were of what the movies had portrayed. I anticipated a very touching ended that would leave me disappointed. To my surprise it was a very good ending, that makes me wonder what the other novels have to offer. I'll also add that my personal favorite character has to be Zeus. He would make this cat lover think twice.

I don't know how many times I've said this in my life, but I can't stop declaring how much I love Nicholas Sparks books. His way of writing stories is just admirable. The characters in this novel are described so well that I feel I know that person well enough after reading this book. The Lucky One is a story of Logan Thibault, who got his hands on a photograph of a woman which brings him luck and safety during war in Iraq. The beginning of the story began by his journey in search of this woman. He found this woman - called Elizabeth, a divorced mother with a son. There's also this character called Keith Clayton - Elizabeth's ex-husband who has a lot of power in Hampton. Some time later, Elizabeth and Thibault fell in love with each other, which cause Clayton to be disturbed by it. The story revolves around these characters, and the plot is just so exciting! This book is a great one, 5 stars ! :)

YOU KNOW WHAT. I didn’t hate it. I know it’s not saying much but it’s definitely one of the better works of Sparks I’ve read.

“The most ordinary things could be made extraordinary.” After reading 'The Lucky One' and 'The Last Song', and loving them both, I really need to invest in some more Nicholas Sparks books!

Wow, this book had me wanting to both shut the book and scream a few times and also jump for joy, as is with many other books that I've read. Though, Clayton irritated me from the beginning of the book. As Nana put it, he acted like a spoiled child. He had new toys (or girls) to play with but he flat out refused to let anyone else have his old toy (Aka Beth.). He should have just left them alone, because Beth and Logan were just perfect for each other. God, anyway, I do give this book four out of five stars. The storyline was amazing, the cover is beautiful, all the characters (well all but Clayton) were amazing and I wanted to wrap them up and give them a great big hug.
