Far from the horrific crimes Inspector Kosuke Iwata faced as part of the Tokyo Homicide Unit, in California he leads the quiet life of a private detective. Until someone asks him a favour he can't refuse. Meredith, a young transgender woman, has been found dead on the train tracks near LA's Skid Row. The police have done nothing and Iwata needs to find the killer.
