TW: Verbal & physical assault/intimidation. There is no rape, but some uncomfortable situations are mentioned & occur on page.

Author's notes are something is just skim through but @NicoleDykes had this mentioned-- "I hope it healed instead of hurt anyone who needed it." --and I just want to say that I wasn't even hurt but I feel healed in a way... it's a weirdly confusing feeling but after finishing I felt calm & good.

Once I started reading, I stopped only when there were no more pages, which was after 2 hours. The storyline is nothing too complex but running away is the only way out. They did not run away because of love, there was a bigger reason.

I liked Rae & Tammy's friendship & how it came a long way from how they treated each other.

Everything was simple, the characters were great, Rae & Law faced a lot but came out strong, Colin is still alive but I hope he dies at the place he's "staying", the mom .. well... life doesn't always tie up the lose ends.

Being on the run isn't easy & Rae wouldn't have survived without Law but I do understand her thoughts for not wanting him to run along. I knew she'd leave him & that's when I cried! Law was smart while Rae was a bit naive but may be because of their difference in background. We see them getting together, growing apart, waiting for each other & finding each other again although they never left each other. 

PS: Hayden was amazing & Law getting protective of him was super sweet. ♡

There are good people out in the world, they'll come in your life eventually when it's the right time.
