Nicole Williams just blew me away with Tortured. She has created fantastic emotional read that all reader will love. And it has so much angst between the two heroes that it makes the read so much better.
Tortured will begin how the two fell in love before Brecken went away. Camryn and Brecken have known each other since childhood that they fell in love immediately. They have true love between them that they are going to wait until Brecken return. However, something tragedy happens that Brecken does not return whatsoever. But things change when they discover Brecken again five years later.
So much has changed in five years that they are both different from each other. It is going to take some adjustment between them. Camryn has not moved on whatsoever. She may appear moving on from her life but she has not. She is going through a lot that it takes Brecken to help her. I will not spoil you with the deets but it is very hard to read what Camryn is going through. But she is very strong to make it through.
Brecken has always loved her that he will continue to help her no matter what. But he is going to face some challenges since he has been away for several years.
Camryn and Brecken are meant for each other. It will take time for them too but it will be worth it when they overcome their baggage. Tortured will pull you in with their emotional romance story. Five Stars.
