I was happy to finally get taras story & I was also happy about how this book was plot AND character based as opposed to the other books which were one or the other. But with this book taking that turn I think the spicy bits plummeted. The last “scene” was a bit much, I don’t think her and Grant got enough attention & we didn’t really get a resolution on how their dynamic would change with Silas & Reagan BUT I thoroughly enjoyed this series. Nikki is a phenomenal writer.
