‘Drenched in darkness, terrified of light.’

“If you care for very little, you have very little to lose.”

‘If she shows no emotion and wears her determination like armor, she will be stronger. No one can hurt her.

How utterly alone she must feel. How heartbreaking that is.’

“You’re no longer chasing me, and I’m no longer running.”

“Yes, but time means nothing to heartbreak.”

‘The Dark One has done many dark things.’

“Do not pretend like a man has no right to his tears.”

‘There is no way to measure love, but if there were, I know I would be full.’

I thoroughly enjoyed this series - a smutty dark Peter Pan retelling!!

Is it terrible that I’m disappointed that this book wasn’t nearly as smutty as the first three? This final book felt a little… tame?!

I am intrigued by the spin off series with Roc though. That should be interesting and I really am a sucker for MMF.

Oh how I wish for this not to end :( and maybe just one chapter in Vane’s pov (I could die happy)

Roc though….👀

I am so in love with these characters. I’m so sad this is the last in the series
