No More Mr. Nice Guy

No More Mr. Nice Guy

Amy Andrews2014
Newly single school counselor Josie Butler just made herself a Sexy To-Do list (featuring Bad Boys only). To her mortification, her best friend's gorgeous older brother Mack finds it...and laughs. But when Josie goes looking for some sexy fun, Mack's nice guy side turns all hot bad-assery, and suddenly she's pinned against an alley wall. Hottest. Sex. Ever. Veterinarian Mack Kennedy can't believe Josie wants to ditch her sweet, girl-next-door lifestyle. Even worse, that she'd consider doing it with anyone but him. When she leaves for London they'll go back to being 'just friends' but until then, he's going to show her just how bad nice guys can be. And it's the perfect plan, as long as no one finds out... and no one falls in love. Each book in the Naughty or Nice series is a standalone, full-length story that can be enjoyed out of order. Find this review and more at kimberlyfaye reads . No More Mr. Nice Guy was everything I love about the Brazen line rolled into one package. It was a short, quick read with well-developed characters I actually connected with. It was super sexy, a little dirty, and even a bit sweet. I loved the setup for this one. Girl gets dumped by a man who definitely couldn't be called a sexual stud... more like a sexual dud. She and her best friend get drunk and make a sexual to-do list. It ranges from the fairly normal (aka screaming orgasm) to the naughty (sex in a public place). Who better to help with the list than the best friend's brother who just happens to be in need of some good rebound sex himself? Josie was a great heroine. She was looking for a little adventure and she definitely found that and more with her best friend's brother, Mack. Mack was adorable. He was a really good guy with an unexpected dirty streak. I love that, because it just goes to show you never know what's lurking under the surface. Josie and Mack were electric together. The sex was steamy and the feelings became real. I was rooting for them from the start. There's a wee little bit of drama, but nothing too angsty. Mack's sister, Sally, is also worth mentioning. I loved how she pushed both Mack and Josie to move forward, but never pushed them to each other. She just let them find each other on their own. Matchmaking at its best! No More Mr. Nice Guy is Amy Andrews' first Brazen novel and my first Amy Andrews book. It definitely won't be my last. I loved her writing style and her relatable characters. I look forward to reading more of her work – hopefully in the Brazen line and maybe, just maybe Sally's book (pleeeeeease?) – in the future. I received a copy of this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
