Really enjoyed this one! I haven't read any book about teen pregnancy before, therefore this book was new to me and was like a breath of fresh air.

I loved how realistic the characters were, how flawed they were. And the character development was great. All the characters had their own problems and they truly struggled to get through it.

However, I did skim a little on the middle because I felt bored. Other than that, everything was great. It was such an enjoyable book about teen pregnancy.

I think I was expecting Juno and I got... less. And I say less because I think pregnancy is never a small thing in someone's life, specially if the person pregnant is a teenager. From the cover to the synopsis you think the book is about the troubles of a teen who got pregnant, but it's actually about all the troubles of being a teen and of simply being human, which means a lot of complex shit.
Aaron's story has got more depth than Hannah's, or at least is more well explored.
It's great to have both point of views all the time, it kind of gives a good rhythm to the book (which I could not put down).

I saw this book during my trip to Malacca and I had to get it as soon as I saw the synopsis at the back of it. To summarise, this novel is about Hannah who is fifteen and pregnant. Enter Aaron, the new kid in school who wants to stay under the radar. So, why would Aaron agrees to be the fake daddy of Hannah's child? Uh huh, there's some interesting stuff going on!

Non Pratt is a British author, so naturally I get all excited with words such as 'Twat', 'Fit' and 'Proper'. I love the way British people expresses themselves! Some parts of the book were funny so I burst out laughing. I also realised I had proper chills (see what I did there?) running down my spine as soon as I found out who the real baby daddy is. I thought it was one of the boys Hannah goes to school with, but how wrong was I! And when Aaron shared his mysterious and dark past, I kept re-reading that chapter and came to a realisation that if I were in Aaron's shoes, I might turn into a loon on loon tablets.

I really enjoyed this read and I think you will too.

           It was good but the ending annoyed me. It left me with so many questions, like what did Jays letter say, does he come back? Does Aaron help? Do they get together?
