Presentations and workshops from a May 2001 conference address digital licensing issues, journal licensing, negotiation, and accessibility issues, and give tips on dealing with difficult customers and employees and increasing library effectiveness. Some topics discussed include licensing electronic resources, redefining the serial and the licensing environment, and providing access to journals in aggregator databases.
