I thought "Arrogant Boss" was cute story about a tech savvy millionaire and his new marketing guru that dealt with the everyday struggles of fighting their attraction then eventually falling in love with little to none drama. Definitely not the best of the best and I will admit it lacked the oomph to really step it up a notch but overall still cute enough to keep me reading to the end.

I have gone down the billionaire/CEO books rabbit hole and I am not upset by it. This is one of Olivia Hayle's first writings along with Look But Don't Touch. It definitely isn't as well written as her newer ones but I still enjoyed it. The chemistry was great between the female MC Emily and Julian the CEO. It was funny and I love that it wasn't one where the guy wasn't able to accept his feelings and it took the whole book. From the very first chapter, he knows how he feels and goes after her. She's the one that's hesitant. I also love that her brother has autism and he's a very sought after coder and that Julian does everything he can to have her brother work for him and was more than willing (without hesitation or argument) to accept his conditions for the job. I don't think it should be called Arrogant Boss because Julian never really came off arrogant. I also liked that he didn't push her, always tried to make sure she knew how he felt about her, and even wanted to take things slow so that she understood his intentions. She was literally the only reason they had issues.

Sweet, witty, and charming. Loved how the characters communicate. No unnecessary drama — such a breeze reading this one.
