actually putting off studying for my exams for this! so.

it was so cute :(((((

Cute love story with a few hiccups, and one real bee-otchy ex. Butttt the rest of the side characters are great, I'm pretty sure Maria is my favorite!

This goes down as my favorite installment ever from this series — I love it, it was so enjoyable! I never knew that I'll finally see and enjoy the allure in childhood-friends-turned-lovers until I read this one. The characters are very charming and witty. Sexy, steamy, smart kind of romance. It also tugged my heartstrings. Gosh, I liked both the male and female leads. It was so interesting how there was so much depth in the characters even in just a short piece. Beautiful characterization, such a light yet attractive read. This was an incredible story with the best and most flirty and fun banter yet in my contemporary romance library. Finished in one sitting — so good!

Light and entertaining read. Not as steamy as the other books in the series but the romance in this one is really enjoyable — more butterfly-in-the-tummy induced feelings than the previous installation in the series. Liked how sweet and charming the female lead is while the male lead is fairly reasonable and witty! Reading stories like these with adult couples actually having adult conversations is quickly becoming my most enjoyed hobby.

I think I found one of my favorite pastime and entertaining reads — steamy romance with intelligible banters and sensible characters (and financially secured, too! + actually have meaningful conversations.) This was a fun, light read. The characters are interesting; words are beautifully and wonderfully written. It was the clever type of funny, too! Couple communicates and are mature individuals.

Entertaining, steamy read. If you enjoy enemies to lovers trope, this one is good for you. It's kind of like that! Liked how communicative, mature, and unproblematic the characters are. The sensual tension is also wonderfully illustrated.
