Sort of a mixed bag; a mix of on-point insights, dark admonitions, and a full 50% overly dark classicist high minded euro-claptrap. Thought provoking at time if not particularly actionable. I guess the title is fair: despite the encouraging introduction, this book is more of a musing than a manual. A good free library read, concise and pocket sized. Not recommended as a gift :)
