A look of pure, vicious satisfaction. Victorious, as though he’s just won some long-winded competition. The way his lip pulls crookedly up over his teeth is — it’s evil, it’s 

“Clearly, you need a way to rid yourself of all the rage you’ve built up towards me. We won’t get anywhere until you do. So do it,  Be rid of it. I’m right here.” He spreads his arms wider.

For a moment, she's almost giddy. Because Draco Malfoy's been ruined by this war and he's as out of place as she is and — yes, he has scars too. He's got an even bigger one. She wonders whether one day they'll compare sizes.

i loved it way too much and actually teared up at parts it was crazy.

everything about it was perfect except for one specific thing i didnt like : the end with the letter and the 2 years. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

something that really marked me about this is that unlike many other stories about these two, the trio wasn’t ruined and actually got back to talking!!!

This was my first adventure into dramione fanfic and I have to say I was SO pleasantly surprised. As someone who remembers the wattpad era, I did go into this with some skepticism. However, BM/BS was beautifully written and well thought out! I admit, after having read HP like a million times it was a little odd for me to explore these characters from a different author’s perspective. But after a couple of chapters of exploring the characters I was FULLY in.

My second Dramione FanFic (first was Manacled) and while it did not have the same depth as Manacled, it was so so good. I would probably recommend this as a first Dramione FanFic. It is still dark, so check TWs, but it wouldn't be Draco and a post-war Hermione without it.

Book Review

Some may not consider fanfiction real books but after reading 148,908 words of pure perfection I must review it and count it as a book. Omg where to begin: trauma, staying true to characters, smoking spicy scenes, good plot, and me ending up emotionally sad that it's over.
