The Picture of Dorian Gray
Basil is a painter who was examining the painting of Dorian Gray, when Lord Henry, a man of high position in society, interrupts him in his study. Lord Henry asked the painter because he did not exhibit the painting in the Grosvenor gallery and that he did not exhibit it in the Academy. The painter replied that it was not because he put too much of it in the portrait. Lord Henry and Basil go out into the garden, where Basil tries to describe to him why Dorian Gray is so special and helps him so much to paint his works of art. Lord Henry is very curious to meet the young man, but Basil does not want to, he says he does not want to lose who makes his paintings make sense...
