I went into this book thinking it was only going to be about the fall of icarus, though I was quite surprised when I noticed that that was only a small portion of the book. There are a lot of different stories in the book, which I sometimes found to be confusing. Given these points, I still enjoyed the book.

i dislike how unorderly this was, ovid jumps from telling the tale of one to the other without any breaks or indications, you could very much get lost wondering wtf is going on if you’re not paying close attention.

don’t go into this thinking you’re going to read about icarus alone! if anything, he barely gets 2 pages. 

i will say i liked the last few pages, the stories were nice to read.
