Tam Lin

An old Scottish ballad and fairy tale sings of Janet, who defied Tam Lin by walking on her own land. She then was compelled to do battle with the Faery Queen for possession of her lover's soul and his body. This retelling is set in the 20th Century in a small college in the Midwest, during the Vietnam era.
