Pretty exciting, but the end seemed incomplete. I understand it needs to make me curious for the sequel, but there are nonetheless way too many open questions.

I've recently stepped aside from reading fiction books because they seemed to lack depth/interest.
This book blew me out of the water!
Covers a variety of topics Bioterror and Biohacking just to name a few.
If you want to a good, realistic Sci-fi book this one is for you!

Bad writing 

Unnecessarily long. Too many parallel threads that magically converge. I enjoyed the Atlantis Gene so I know the author can write well. Unfortunately this book was a chore to get through. I will not be reading the sequel despite the cliffhanger at the end.
