Papillon is so fluffy he floats! To keep him from floating away, his owner starts putting him in costumes and hats. Papillon loathes these silly duds and decides to venture forth into the skies, but soon finds the comforts of home and the love of his person are far better. He even finds a hat he likes! Super cute illustrations and charming text.
