Twice Freed

Onesimus has a kinder-than-usual owner, but his desire to be free approaches the breaking point--driving him into embezzlement and lying. When he finally escapes, he encounters disappointing pagan religions, a city-destroying earthquake, and the struggles of a Roman gladiator.
