Hank, bestie of Beau Winston can't be all bad, right?  Well, he thinks he's akin to the town pariah and he may get a certain amount of satisfaction over on his socially elite parents by his chosen occupation.

Charlotte is the harried, trying to do it all supermum.  She is also the ton charity case after her husband dumped her and their 4 children and ran off with a 19 year old!  She needs a job that fits around her kids so she can investigate what happened to her cousin.  Hank just happens to own the Pink Pony and that opens the door to a rip-roaring opposites attract romcom! 

Charlotte could easily have been made to be twee, but she if the perfect balance of obliviously naive and don't give a damn about gossip.  She may think she's all out of love to give to anyone she hasn't given birth to but Hank may just change her mind!

Whilst Charlotte does her best by her kids I did feel she was totally underestimated by those around her.  I did feel she was let down by her mum and made to feel she had to do everything.  Her kids are the total bomb BTW; Joshua just made me think of Young Sheldon, Sonya is pure love and sunshine, Kimmy the wary and novice troublemaker and baby Frankie. The interactions between Hank and the kids especially Joshua will just make you melt.

I enjoyed finding out just why Charlotte and Hank don't get on.  The lengths their friends will go to to make sure they are accepted and protected.  Hank is completely written off by the townfolk and when you find out why you may just bay for some blood!
