I read this book years ago and, honestly, looking back I really enjoyed it. A young man starts to question the religion he's been raised to believe. In a laughable gesture, partly to rebel and partly to understand what he truly believes, he decides to forsake his normal church-going ways and instead chooses to start worshipping water towers. Needless to say, this results in a number of shenanigans as he draws his friends into his new religion. He just doesn't expect anyone to join his cult religion and actually start to believe in it.

In the end, it's a good book about kids questioning their beliefs and exploring them. I'm sure most people have, at some point, questioned the religion they were born into. It's a part of you, in a way, and it can define a lot about you.

This book is definitely aimed toward young adults, but I think it's pretty enjoyable for someone of any age.
