I did not like this one however I love nox and malik. I predicted every single “twist” the book had and it was a bit boring and could have been cut in half also why the unnecessary and unsafe BDSM scenes that came out of nowhere? I do not like amaris and also I love odrin but his part at the end of the book felt hollow to me like it should have been emotional but the impact was just not there. sorry luvs, did not like this one xoxo

I really love this series. At times the writing does reflect it being the author's first books, but the story is so captivating, and the characters are phenomenal. It moves fast and picks up where the first book left off beautifully. The ending is heart-breaking, and does mimic the general theme of the first book where everything gets ripped away from Amaris again, so a little repetitive.
