We are right to recognize that it's ridiculous that the solution we are sold to the unrelenting demands of being a woman in the twenty-first century is a twenty-dollar bath bomb. A Transformative Program for Redefining Wellness (Crystals, Cleanses, and Bubble Baths Not Included)

There were a handful of gems in this book, but it did feel repetitive. I’m not one for a self help exercise format either.
