It’s bad when the girls go missing. It’s worse when the girls are found.

Pretty Little Things: 2018’s most nail-biting serial killer thriller with an unbelievable twist

I love a good, psychological thriller and normally blitz through them in a couple of days. Pretty Little Things was slow and to start off the characters were either unlikeable or one dimensional. Once we finally find out the identity of the murderer, it feels a bit of a cop out. The writing isn't the best either, it feels basic, like it could do with some editing.

From the very first chapter I was engrossed with this book, this is one of my favorite types of thrillers. The more twisted and sick a serial killer is in a story the more I'm probably going to love it. This book kept me on the edge of my seat with all of the crazy twists and turns it took and the story was set up so perfectly that I didn't see any of them coming, which I love. This is a chilling book that's easy to lose yourself in and I really enjoyed it.
