The Plot. I actually really liked the whole idea that this story revolved around. I loved the idea of a girl who is the soul mate to someone not only really powerful, but also known to be really evil. I loved how this book played out and I loved the ending. Many factors of this book were great when put together. I loved how this book flowed and how every chapter was perfectly matched with the next. There were some parts where the book got choppy and confusing, but luckily those parts were few and far between. The author definitely managed to put a lot of emotions in this book and made it so much more easier to connect with the characters and really get involved with their lives. For me this book was a great and easy read.

Cassie. I really loved Cassie because she never allowed her feelings to get ahead of her. She was pretty accepting to Trik’s truths and I loved how the two interacted. It was easy to feel a connection for her character and root for her throughout the book. I really loved her character and felt that the way she was portrayed was amazing. I even liked how even when in trouble and she didn’t know herself she still mostly kept to her morals.

Trik. I absolutely loved Trik. He was such a great character and I loved his feelings toward Cassie. I will admit to being frustrated when he made bad decisions and didn’t always do the right thing. Than he would make up for it by being super kind and sweet and the perfect guy. It was so easy to feel for his character and want him to get his happy ending. 

Overall. All in all this book was fantabulous and I loved it. Besides the sometimes choppiness of the book, I really did like the story. I really hope the author makes a sequel to this book and continues Trik and Cassie’s story.
