The series was really good; good spice and a better plot. It was a fast read; I finished all 4 books in a week. Would recommend for why choose lovers!

I enjoyed this book! I will say it’s a lot of build up and backstory. There isn’t very much action in this book but it appears to set up a lot for the next book. I loved the characters though. Sawyer is a badass with a secret purpose. She sees so much injustice around her, and she finds her own way to tip the scales. She detests gangs and vows to never let herself or her younger brother Luc get sucked into that life.

Cain and Oliver are the leaders of an up and coming gang called the Reaper Rejects. When Sawyer unexpectedly crosses paths with them, she eventually realizes they aren't like most other gangs. It’s possible they have a common goal to achieve.

This is billed as a reverse harem but so far I only see two love interests. So I’m interested to see where the next book goes!

Sawyer is fiery to say the least! She is not afraid of the gangs that run her town in the slightest. She’s been on her own, taking care of her younger brother basically her whole life. She will always do what she has to do to make sure he’s taken care of

Cain, man he’s an angry one isn’t he? Understandably so given his past and his whole reason for doing what he’s doing in Black Creek. The tension with him a Sawyer is top tier 😍

Oliver definitely stole me heart from the beginning 🖤 he is literally perfect in every way and the chemistry between him and Sawyer is immaculate 😍 

Dante? And Lor? Call me intrigued, who are they? How do they fit into this? How is this going to end well at all!? That epilogue? Very unexpected but I am here for it!!

Who is Enzo and what does he want!? Man I have so many questions 😅

Also I love bones 😅 if he ended up with a book of his own at some point I would totally not be mad about it at all.
