Dork Diaries: Holiday Heartbreak

The "miscommunication" trope annoys me in books but it's pretty well done here. Except I feel like the ending sucks—Brandon did her so dirty with that poster, and she just forgave him!

I can't believe the cliffhanger it ends on, meaning I now have to buy more Dork Diaries books aged 22.

The end was kind of predictable but it is a funny and fast read. I enjoyed it.

I loved these books in elementary so I decided to reread them. Nikki can sometimes be a little hypocritical, spoiled, and other things but the books are not that bad there's not really like a big plot of anything but if I was in 4th grade again I would really like it.

Bro pretty interesting.
Obviously predictable but it's for kids.
But when my power went out for an hour I decided to pick up this book. Not bad.
Kinda a cringe-fest. Cliche. 
Im making my kids are read this series.

The book was cute. Recommeded for girls between the ages of 9-13. (Even better if you could snuggle up and read together with your daughter!)

Basically the female version of "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" the story follows Nikki Maxwell during her first couple of months at her new private school.
