Life As we Know It is one of my favorite rom coms, so I was very excited for this, but the book just didn’t do it for me.. I’m a fan of grumpy/sunshine but Rip in the first half of this book was horrible and I almost dnfed… I just think Rip wasn’t a grump, he just always looked down on her and acted superior, and he was very mean (I know he was grieving but that just doesn’t excuse being cruel to someone) He didn’t even grovel or apologize properly and you expect me to believe he’s always been in love with her?!

This was so much fun and I loved every minute of it. The plot is very similar to the movie Life As We Know It but I think that it makes enough changes to be different. The kids were so cute and I loved that they were rooting for Rip and Colby and wanted them to get married. I received an arc through netgalley.
