Blood thinner management is very important. Your doses have to be in accordance to the Pharmacist or technician taking the pro-time. Their recommendations of dosage are necessary to accurately maintain your INR (International Normalized Ratio). Blood thinner's are difficult to regulate because of several circumstance; activity, food, illness and more. Writing down the time and dose everyday keeps you aware that you have taken your medication correctly. In addition you have a log to look back and see your dose, INR, and weeks between each pro-time appointment's. The "note" page offers you a place to write new medication changes, increased activities, missed doses and health related illnesses in the event you do not remember to tell the Pharmacist why your INR may have changed. Be proactive with your blood thinner management. It will guarantee a more stable and consistent INR from month to month.
