The main idea (people turning into their worst nightmare overnight) was SO GOOD. I was very disappointed with the lacking plot, though what I really disliked was the writing. The trauma/fear description was so goof throughout the book, yet it’s as if it resolved itself in a second. The relationship between Ness and Cy escalated too quickly for people who’ve barely spend time together, death threat or not. Overall, messages were good but delivered through bad writing (long cues delivering a message but almost the only spoken sentences, makes it lose meaning).

I loved the idea of this book and was intrigued from the very first chapter. A world where you turn into your nightmares. Such a brilliant and interesting story tjat kept me interested all the way through.

The thing I loved most is that our main character isn't a brave heripn, she's a coldly girl and it was refreshing. I loved the character growth throughout this book with Ness. I felt kt was done beyond well.

I'm definitely planning to read the next book in the series. Am I hoping for a romance beyween Ness and a certain someone. Maybe
