This may be a shorter length romance but it lacks for nothing - there is plenty of action, suspense and romance packed into the pages!

Juliet is loving her new town of Maverick. She may be a bit of closed book but she has good reason to keep a huge chunk of her life quiet! But when things go pear-shaped she has to admit defeat and and make plans to move on. Local Sheriff and rancher, Quinn Lodge, however has never met a mystery he couldn't solve and he wants to know all of Juliet's secrets. He didn't bet on her being the runaway daughter of a criminal family however!

Quinn may think he wants a calm, placid small town life but he is fooling himself. He needs colour and vibrancy and Juliet brings all that with her. We all know fake anything never lasts and soon becomes all to real and that holds true here too.

A great addition to the series!

Rating: 4 Stars - Loved It Under The Covers (Maverick Montana #2) by Rebecca Zanetti continues the close Lodge/Freeze family with the sexy, small town Sheriff Quinn Lodge. Quinn and Juliet are cute and fun together. As much as I adore Quinn and Juliet I got excited every time the Lodge/Freeze siblings were together. I am loving this family. Sometimes I just need an easy, fast contemporary romance and Maverick Montana series has been my go to for that.
