Vampire's Faith
Reviews

This review was originally posted on Addicted To Romance The DARK PROTECTORS have returned and the author brings this back with a bang. I honestly didn't know what to expect from this book and this one is so different from the previous books. Of course, I haven't read the novella's or anything yet, which I probably should since I did become confused a bit by this whole new type of scenario and set of characters. This setting is completely different from the previous books. So if you read from Fated to Marked....you are in one heck of a ride with this book because this book blew my expectations out of the water. Vampire's Faith is a story that begins with our heroine, Dr. Faith Cooper who is investigating her new patient who is in a coma. She is shocked by his health and the fact that he doesn't fit the 'norm' but when he wakes up and claims that they are mates ....Faith is appalled and thinks he isn't sane. Even though Faith feels the connection that is between them, she is a woman of science. Ronan Karys, a member of the seven and the vampire king who has been imprisoned and just forced his way to freedom. For over four hundred years, he has dreamed of Faith and now she is real in front of him. But with enemies on their footsteps, he will do everything to claim her and protect her and her sister. Vampire's Faith is such a vibrant story that really impacts the psyche in such a unique way. And let me warn you if you don't like a powerful alpha male, this book is NOT for you. Especially if you haven't read this author before, she writes some of my favorite type of alpha males. And boy he is no pansy that is for sure. I really loved how sensual this book became, Ronan is one sexy beast that is for sure and knows how to work Faith in all the right ways. She is a tough cookie, and isn't going to just believe this 'mating' and causes some fun sexual tension that builds between these two. I did struggle a bit with the heroine because she takes a while before she starts giving into her emotion and I just felt like she is a bit naive at times especially at the end there. But she does learn her own way and we see her talents come shining in such a memorable way. Overall I found Vampire's Faith to be a stunning book that brings me back to the delightful Dark Protector's and love this "Seven" and this story brings back sizzling chemistry and such captivating storytelling...

Was so nice to be back in Dark Protectors world by Rebecca Zanetti Had so much fun with the guys Ronan, Benny, Logan, Adare and Garrett in Vampire’s Faith #8. Benny has already caught my attention. Ronan and Faith were so cute together.

Ronan finally broke free of the prison dimension where he had been ensuring that the big bad stayed safely locked away from the world. By sacrificing themselves, he and his brother knew they were foregoing mates, family and happiness but they thought it was worth it. The one thing which kept him sane was the dreams he had of his longed for mate. But he is reeling when he realises that she is real and in danger! Faith is a doctor and used to dealing with life and death emergencies but a handsome hottie with some crackpot notions are out of her comfort zone! She is sucked into a world that she never realised existed never mind become a part of. Her specialty is with coma patients, one of whom is her sister. But she is getting conflicting information, one faction of supernaturals claim they can save her and the other say there is only so much they can do. But her heart and her mind are now tearing her apart. Ronan is dazed, confused and in a total mind meltdown with the modern world. He is uber gallant and over the top protective. Faith is compassionate, clever but also quite naïve herself. When you don't know the story behind both sides, why do you immediately believe them? Well promising to help her sister obviously but still! New foes mix with old ones and a great new story in the series.
