I really enjoyed this book. I think that Pastor Micheal Todd has a lot of really good advice and insights into relationships. I have been burned in the past and have been single for a great amount of time but this book also helped me in friendships and past relationships to realize some things that have gone wrong. This book also allowed me to see where maybe more boundaries need to be created or boundaries that are held a little too tight. I really enjoyed the knowledge and wisdom that Pastor Todd passes to his readers.

Relationship Goals has some valid relationship advice, and is really readable, but if you're like me, you've probably read it before. It's different in some ways, as it's not super heavy on the relationship shame, but it's also not helpful in terms of some language choices.

I'm tired of hearing about soul ties when it comes to Christian relationship books. The term is never really explained beyond, "That shame you feel? That's a soul tie." I'm also tired of Christian relationship books pushing sexual responsibility onto the wife. Just because your husband wants sex, you are not at fault if your husband cheats. Also, it's not respectful to allow your husband to make big decisions that will ultimately affect both of you. 

Relationship Goals is a miss for me unfortunately. I do recommend watching the YouTube series though.
