Oh man this book has me on the edge of my seat. Just when you thought Tessa got over a hurdle another one was thrown at her! Also that ending was not what I was expecting. I thought it was going to end totally different but I am so glad that it turned out different. Nicolai was charming, mysterious and seems oh so dangerous. You don't really find out who he really is until about 2/3 of the way through the book. Uh and the relationship between Tessa and Nicolai can be infuriating because the author did such a great job of getting you to feel what they were feeling. The character build up of all the different ones was amazing. I like that the author was able to keep you guessing right up to the end. It pulled on the heart strings and had you rooting for Tessa and Nicolai.
