Lover of Romance 

Revived was such an interesting story here and I really had such a fun time with this one. I read the first one in the duo series quite a few years ago. And I am not sure why it took me so long to pick this one back up. I really adore racing romances and I felt like this one was so well done. There is a theme of forbidden and taboo love in this one but I will be honest, the "taboo" aspect didn't really bother me due to the way it was written, I just wanted to see these two reach their HEA. From the very beginning you can sense their strong connection but they definitely have to be patient and fight for each other. 

What I enjoyed the most out of this one was seeing the hero fighting for the heroine. She is a therapist and helped him recover from a racing accident. But due to her being his therapist, their relationship couldn't go further than a kiss. But then some time is taken between both of them, and they find each other again. I really loved how the heroine's son instantly was drawn to our hero and was on board before she was which was quite amusing in some ways. I also had a blast seeing the banter between our characters and the charming way that they have together. 

Overall I had a solid time with this book and I can't wait to explore more of this author!

India and her twin brother Kit, come from a group home and didn't have the best childhood. While living there, India is seeing Paul, one of the care givers working at the group home. When she gets pregnant at 17, her life is forever changed. Especially when she goes to Paul's home to tell him and finds him with a 14 year old girl in his bed. With Paul in prison, she moves with Kit to London and goes to school to become a therapist. Her and Kit raise Jett together. 

Then 12 years later, India meets Leandro Silva. He is a Formula 1 driver. A year before, Leandro wrecked his race car and was badly injured. Since then, he has been trying to get better and mentally get himself prepared to get back behind the wheel of a car. So he comes to see Dr. India Harris as a recommendation from Andressa and Carrick Ryan. What neither of them is prepared for, is the spark and feelings they both start having for each other. With her as his therapist and he her patient, a relationship is not possible. It is forbidden. 

The problem is when you fall in love, all the rules go out the door. 

 I loved Revved, and Revived was even better. Leandro is just a sexy, bad ass, alpha male in and out of the bedroom. What I loved most about him, was his relationship with India's son. It takes a real man to come into a relationship not just for the woman but, also accept her children as his own. India is as perfect as a mother can be. She is just a picture perfect woman who is independent and will do anything for her son.

Just an amazing story and if you haven't read Revved or Revived you are truly missing out!
