Overall, I enjoyed Dr. Carlson's suggestions and examples, but the audiobook felt repetitive and a bit dated at times. Still, a good reminder that most things aren't emergencies, and won't matter in a year.

This book found me just in the right moment in my life. Me and my friends were walking by the beach in Split (Croatia) in 2019 when we spotted two books laying there carelessly, half-open. This one and a second book were left behind by someone at the beach we were at that day. I was curious, so I picked both of them up. Happens that I found the books just in the right moment in my life. I gave it 5 stars not for the content but for how it made me feel reading it at that time. There are no groundbreaking insights in this book. It‘s ideas we all subconsciously know. You just have to read it in the right moment to value its content.
