London World City Moving Into the 21st Century

How should London evolve as a successful world city? This project considers London's strengths and weaknesses alongside other world cities such as New York, Paris and Tokyo and includes the urban environment and quality of life. The study provides the foundation for a reassessment of London's strategic planning policies. It does not purport to produce all the answers but provokes awareness and provides a source of new data to fuel the current debate.
