Percy Jackson and the Greek Heroes

John Rocco

Who cut off Medusa's head? Who was raised by a she-bear? Who tamed Pegasus? It takes a demigod to know, and Percy Jackson can fill you in on the all the daring deeds of Perseus, Atalanta, Bellerophon, and the rest of the major Greek heroes. Told in the funny, irreverent style readers have come to expect from Percy, (I've had some bad experiences in my time, but the heroes I'm going to tell you about were the original old school hard luck cases. They boldly screwed up where no one had screwed up before...) and enhanced with artwork by John Rocco.

PERCY JACKSON'S GREEK HEROES

“No one should know his entire fate. It's too dangerous and too depressing. Just keep going, do your best, and hope it's good enough. That's all any of us can do.”

Phew. I'll admit I'm glad to be done with this. Some of these stories felt like Percy Jackson himself was sitting here pulling my teeth. Don't get me wrong I absolutely LOVE these books and I want more of them because Percy's narrating and learning more about Greek mythology but some of these stories were longer than I would have liked. My least favorite was Jason's and it got to the point where I had to pull up the audiobook and listen to the last hour because I could not comprehend anything I was reading. I wouldn't recommend reading all of them in one go because it's very draining but other than that I had a blast and I remembered how much I miss Percy's voice.

I like this. I'm kinda disapointed that in the end they decide to keep the Greeks and Egyptians seperated a bit longer, because come on... Can you ever have enough awesome Gods and halfgods/magicians?!

Percy padece dislexia y dificultades para concentrarse. Objeto de burlas por inventarse historias fantásticas, ni siquiera él mismo acaba de creérselas hasta el día que los dioses del Olimpo le revelan la verdad.
