The maze of bones

this is so silly but simultaneously a little impressive lmaoo westing game x asoue loving the trend of MG books being like "okay you know what's important? libraries & librarians. you know what's the worst thing to ever happen? Fires. Also, here's a bunch of orphans the world is literally against. gg" edit trend is the wrong word these books are all nawt new at all. *trend in my reading specifically. (the more work i have to do the more i go Oh yes! middle grade novel time :))

It's funny because even though nothing is extremely descriptive, it's so easy to visualize what's happening or even what you imagine characters to look like. It was still as good as I remember it to be! It did feel more juvenile than when I read it years ago, but I'm willing to go through the rest of the series. I still need to know where this whole hunt leads to!

Eu tinha me esquecido como essa saga era envolvente. Relendo o primeiro livro agora, devo admitir que, além da nota ter aumentado, estou muito ansiosa para relembrar tudo aquilo que marcou tanto minha infância. A comédia é incrível, o mistério é incrível e também o relacionamento entre os personagens. Compensou cada página, muito bom o livro.

I know it's a children's book, but I thought it was really nice to read a book without romance for a change. I like romance books, but sometimes it is nice with a short break.

This is so much better than I thought it was gonna be. I can not wait to read the rest of the books.
