Wow. I did not expect to cry in this manga, and I did not expect to love it this much. This manga explores a serious subject with grace and harsh realities, and makes us love the characters right from the first few chapters. I am already so invested in both the characters and can't wait to see where the story goes. Worth the read.

Perfect World, Vol. 2

Just tear my heart out. There would probably be less tears. This series just gets better and better. I dont know how I could be more invested in Ayukawa and Kawana, but here we are. Highly recommend.

So I re read this today (08/09/21) because when I read these 5 volumes for the first time is like I inhaled them.

Today I took my time; I’m so glad I did, there were many conversations that I had missed that make sense now. This story line reminds me so much of Me Before You by Jojo Moyes, sans some of the issues

I loved the flashbacks and see how Kawana had always had a crush on him and he was so oblivious… idiot. 

The only point I don’t like much that there is so much info dumps about the SCI, like a lot. Look Ayukawa spend the how volume at the hospital… ok no all the time but we spend a big chuck on the story in the hospital.

Can wait for the next one!

Reread: 09/28/21 I can’t stand that b*tch *ss Nagawa what right does she have in interfering, in putting ideas on itsuki’s head? Regardless of if he is single or not she does not own him. I swear she p*sses me off!! 😡😡🤬😡

I’m not gonna lie I was so frustrated for most of this volume. I like Koreda, the fact that’s he is upfront with Itsuki and Tsugumi. He knows they still love each other, but he will not lose his chance to be with Tsugumi. 

That’s the BIG difference between Nagawa and Koreda. Nagawa is just crazy selfish! 

I pray to the goddess of shojo, not to make me suffer too much and that our MCs get reconciled soon!

Reread 08/12/21 

I'm soooo enraged with what is happening at this point. Nagasawa is just a piece of trash, I don't care she help him when he was on recovery after his accident, I don't care if she is still his caretaker. I can give a million flying pigs! She has no right to meddle with Itsuki's feelings... ASKING HIM TO LOOK THROUGH THE WINDOW!!! for him to see Koreda helping Tsugumi off the floor. She is a VIBORAAAAAA~ and later on chastise her!!! I'm so angry that I'm ranting!

I feel Koreda is way better person that stupid Nagasawa. The fact that he only wants for her to be happy no matter if he is with him or Itsumi say a lot!

And Itsumi is a ducking coward, that at this point Koreda deserves a freaking chance with Tsugumi!

08/11/21 I need to return this in 3 days so I reread it! 

I loved so many things about this volume; how Itsuki reassures her that he likes her and just her, how they are both communicating no make sure there is no assumptions or misunderstandings. 

Unfortunately I also hated a lot; how Kawana’s family put so much pressure after finding out about Itsuki’s disability to the point she is not even eating or sleeping, as if she it’s a sin to date him! Also that stupid beech* Nagasawa acting like she owns Itsuki, I really hope he puts her in her place.

Not gonna lie… I like Koreda, more than anything because he has liked her for as long as Kawana has liked Itsuki. 

Why is it that I like Koreda but not Nagasawa? They are both aholes! 

I can’t wait for the next volume, because the ending on these volume wrenched my heart out.

 I freaking swear until when do I have to put up with Nagawa’s BS. I feel like that freaking meme and will start practicing my prison pictures, because this manga be testing my patience!

This Nagawa b*tch is just doing everything she can to make sure they never get back together and is not women enough to tell Itsuki, she just fixes everything by crying and of course he will feel pity! 

This volume broke my heart for a different reason, and the new characters that we meet on the last volume too my heart. I cried! Cried of how unfair their situation is.

And I’m also have for Koreda (If you know, you know 😉)

I truly cannot wait for the next volume.

Reread: 8/30/21

This volume wrecked me, I know even tho this seems tragic something good is going to come from it! I can only pray! 

Secondly I’m truly getting tired of Nagawa opening her dumb *ss mouth. Who in the name of the universe does she think she is!!! I swear I can’t!!

On a positive note… I love how Tsugumi found her voice and can speak up for what she wants. I hope she can keep saying it!! So when the time comes she tell Itsuki what she wants!

This was such a cute and uplifting story. I really loved the art style that the mangaka author portrayed throughout the book, and I really loved how the characters were each developed individually and together. I'm not an own voices reviewer for the specific representation in this book, but I really did like how the author pushed Tsugumi to analyze her words as an able-bodied person and her reactions to the people around her and Itsuki. It's that bare-minimum perspective that I think we need to see a lot more of, and I really appreciated seeing it in this volume.
