4.5 stars WHEWWW, what a conclusion! This picks up right where Imbalance left off, with Ama being stolen away from her mates by Lucifer so he can hold her captive in his creepy castle. Ama is rightfully pissed, and Lucifer doesn’t understand how she could possibly want to go back to her other mates when the devil himself is one of her fated. You know I have to stan a series when Lucifer himself is a romantic interest. Especially when he has an emotionally tragic backstory and suffers from deep, deep loneliness. Ama calls him out on his territorial bullshit over and over until he finally relents and sends her back to her mates who are in the middle of a WAR by the way. Timing wasn’t great there, Luce. Ama and her seven (yes, SEVEN) other mates have come a long way to get to this point, and we see a lot of strong character growth in this conclusion as they all finally just give in to their feelings and wants. Having 8 total mates means having a lot of dicks at Ama’s disposal, and boy does she take full advantage. Sex on a cliff? Check. Sex while flying through the literal air? Check. Sex with the actual devil? Check. What I’m saying is the spice was very good. Very versatile. We love to see it. Ama is a bad bitch, highly recommend this series (now complete!)
